Impaired Waters Information
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency implements the Federal Clean Water Act through a process that involves setting water quality standards, testing waters to see if they meet standards, then working with stakeholders to identify pollution sources and develop watershed restoration and protection plans.

Minnesota TMDL Plans, Programs and Projects
All questions and comments submitted, along with MPCA's responses, can be found in the appendix section of each TMDL Final Report. The appendix section will either be at the end of the Final Report, or may appear as a link to a separate file included in each Final Report.
